Terms of Service

(The usual TOS stuff - If you commission me, you agree to TOS; I can refuse commissions for any reason; ...; you know it)The TOS can be (upon agreement) a bit flexible based on the project, these are the base ones:

  • Payment (at least 50% of the final price) is required before the photo shoot begins. If not paid in full, the remainder of the payment will be required before the finished photos are delivered.

  • If the weather is not suitable for the shoot or I am unable to attend, you will be able to reschedule the shoot or receive a full refund.

  • You can reschedule/cancel the photo session at least one day in advance. If you do not arrive on time at the agreed place within 30 minutes, the photo shoot will be canceled and you will be refunded 50% of the final price.

  • The edited photos will be delivered via the preferred contact method (or Google Drive) within 7 days of the photoshoot (or within 7 days of the event at which the photoshoot was done (eg. convention).

  • Rush editing fee is determined on a case-by-case basis, and this option may not always be available.

  • Photos will be provided in a format most suitable for social media (4096 pixels long edge, well below the upload / compression limit), I can also provide higher quality files for printing upon request. I do not provide any RAW files.

  • All the photos can be used by me for both personal and commercial use. You may only use the photos for personal use. If you do not agree with this and or want to use the photos for commercial purposes, we can agree on other terms.

  • Make sure to tell me if you don't want any photos released until a certain date, I often share WIP projects on Ko-Fi and in my Telegram channel.
